InstallerCLUB Terms & Conditions

  1. What is InstallerCLUB?
    InstallerCLUB is aimed at rewarding loyalty to professional installers of Stuart Turner products. Membership of InstallerCLUB provides a number of benefits including points which you can exchange for a variety of rewards.
  2. Your Membership with us
    1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to your membership of InstallerCLUB. These Terms refer to other terms which also apply:
      (a) Our InstallerCLUB privacy policy, which explains how we collect, use and store your personal data when you sign up for an InstallerCLUB membership.
      (b) Terms and Conditions of Sale Terms & Conditions of Trade | Stuart Turner (stuart-turner.co.uk), which apply when you purchase goods or services from us.
    2. References to “Stuart Turner”, “we”, “our” or “us” in these Terms is to Stuart Turner Limited who registered office is at 47 Market Place, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 2AD.
    3. References to “Member”, “you” or “your” means either the person applying to become a member of InstallerCLUB or a member of the InstallerCLUB membership.
    4. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from receiving some or all of the benefits of your InstallerCLUB membership or in serious 6cases, end your InstallerCLUB membership in accordance with paragraph 6.2.
    5. Membership of the InstallerCLUB is provided free of charge to all eligible customers purchasing Stuart Turner qualifying products. The points you accrue as part of your membership may only be exchanged for rewards as advertised on the InstallerCLUB website from the rewards catalogue (Rewards) No cash equivalent or alternatives are available.
  3. How to become a Member
    1. You can apply to become a Member of the InstallerCLUB by completing the registration form found here: rewards.stuart-turner.co.uk/Complete-Registration.
    2. Applications for InstallerCLUB membership are open to all purchasers of Stuart Turner products who are:
      (a) acting in the course of business when purchasing goods from us, either as a sole trader, partnership or private limited company;
      (b) trading in the United Kingdom; and
      (c) aged 18 or over.
    3. Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the following parties/individuals are excluded from becoming Members of InstallerCLUB:
      (a) public sector organisations or housing associations; public sector or housing association employees and their immediate families;
      (b) businesses with more than ten employees;
      (c) current and previous employees of Stuart Turner or any other group company or brand of Stuart Turner, or the immediate families of such employees,
      (d) employees of any agencies or suppliers or their families or agents or any other person officially connected with Stuart Turner; and
      (e) any customers (including affiliates) that currently receive a rebate from the Stuart Turner Group.
    4. By making an application to become a Member, you confirm that:
      (a) Satisfy the eligibility criteria in paragraph 3.2 above. If you are making the application on behalf of a company or partnership, you confirm that on making the application you have the authority to commit the company or partnership to these Terms;
      (b) all information you provide to us is true and accurate and you shall keep this information updated from time to time to ensure your membership details stay up to date; and
      (c) you are solely responsible for taking reasonable security precautions to keep your account details safe. We shall not be responsible for unauthorised access of your account outside of our control and shall not be responsible for any loss or redemption of points against Rewards due to such unauthorised access.
    5. On acceptance of your application to become a Member, we will send you a unique membership number and log-in details to access your InstallerCLUB account.
  4. Membership benefits and eligibility of Rewards
    1. You can start earning points immediately after your InstallerCLUB membership is activated. You will receive points:
      (a) When you register qualifying Stuart Turner products as listed from time to time on our webpage [LINK] (Qualifying Products); and
      (b) on completion of certain Stuart Turner training courses which we advertise will accrue points for your InstallerCLUB account.
      (each a Qualifying Purchase)
      The possible number of points you can earn for each Qualifying Purchase will be displayed on the Stuart Turner website or communicated to you in writing.
    2. Any product warranty registrations made directly by end user or home owner shall not qualify as Qualifying Purchases and points cannot be earned through such registrations.
    3. We shall maintain records of all Qualifying Purchases made by you in order to calculate and add the points to your InstallerCLUB account. We may correct any mistakes made in the calculation of points where you can provide evidence of your Qualifying Purchase transactions that clearly show a mistake has been made.
    4. We reserve the right not to credit points to your InstallerCLUB account where we believe a Qualifying Purchase is not genuine.
    5. You may use points accrued to purchase Rewards that are available on your InstallerCLUB account. You may only claim Rewards where you have sufficient points on your InstallerCLUB account.
    6. You may claim Rewards by completing the online redemption process through our InstallerCLUB portal which can be accessed through your InstallerCLUB account.
    7. Once you claim a Reward, your points shall be deducted from the points balance on your InstallerCLUB account. No cancellations, refunds, Reward exchanges or other changes may be made once a Reward is redeemed.
    8. Accrued points on your InstallerCLUB account must be used within 24 months from the date they are credited on your InstallerCLUB account, after which your points shall expire and be removed.
    9. If your InstallerCLUB account becomes dormant for over 12 months, your points shall expire and be removed from your InstallerCLUB account.
    10. All Rewards and benefits offered through the InstallerCLUB membership are subject to availability.
    11. Once redeemed, Rewards cannot be used by anyone other than the named individuals on the online redemption form and cannot be gifted, transferred, exchanged, sold or used for corporate events and entertainment.
    12. Where Rewards are sent direct i.e. Stuart Turner merchandise, gift cards etc:
      (a) we shall aim to deliver these to you within 28 days of you selecting the Reward;
      (b) we accept no liability for gift cards or vouchers that are defaced, altered, lost, stolen, damaged or cancelled and will not be accepted in shops;
      (c) where Rewards directly issued by us but are for third party products and services, those Rewards must be used in accordance with the third party terms and conditions;
      (d) you are responsible for any expenses incurred in order to take advantage of a Reward.
    13. Some of the Rewards we may offer are provided by third party providers (Reward Partners). Advertisement of Rewards may therefore be displayed on the Reward Partner’s own website. We shall not be responsible where the information provided links to third party sites provided by or run by our Reward Partners.
    14. Any rewards provided by Reward Partners will be subject to the Reward Partners’ own terms and conditions. Whilst we do our best to review all Rewards prior to them being advertised on our website, we shall not be liable for the standard or quality of the Rewards provided by our Reward Partners.
    15. We reserve the right to substitute a Reward with another reward of equivalent value or refund your points in the event that your selected Reward is unavailable.
    16. As well as having the ability to earn points through Incentives, your Membership will also enable you to earn additional points and have access to other exclusive membership benefits which we make available to you from time to time including:

      Feature on “Find an Installer” Where you register 6 or more Qualifying Products per calendar year, you will receive access and have the option to add your business onto the “Find an Installer” feature on our website.
      If you fall below the number of Qualifying Products required to access the “Find an Installer” feature, we reserve the right to remove your business from “Find an Installer” until you reach the required number of Qualifying Products.
      Bonus Points Should you register 9 or more Qualifying Products per calendar year, you will receive 1000 bonus points.
      Enter into free Prize Draws As an InstallerCLUB account holder, you are eligible to participate in prize draws under the terms of paragraph 5.
      Additional points promotions
      (Points Promotions)
      From time to time, we may run promotions where you can earn additional points on certain Qualifying Products during a promotional period. We will contact you by email and/or display on our website the specific details of each Points Promotion from time to time.


    17. If there is an issue with your Reward i.e. that it is defective, then please contact us. We are under no obligation to replace or exchange a Reward where you fail to contact us within 28 days of receiving the Reward about the issue.
  5. Prize Draws
    1. Members are eligible to enter into any prize draws we run for the InstallerCLUB membership. Details of the prize draw will be made available to you from time to time on the InstallerCLUB club and/or emailed to you from time to time. (Prize Draw Details)
    2. Members will receive one entry per prize draw which may be redeemed by:
      (a) submitting an entry free of charge using the method and in the form described by the Prize Draw Details;
      (b) purchasing a Qualifying Product whereby you will be automatically entered into the prize draw;
      (c) another method as specified in the Prize Draw Details.
      You may opt out of automatically being entered into prize draws by amending your preferences on your InstallerCLUB membership account.
    3. Entries for the applicable prize draws must be made during the relevant time period that is set out in the Prize Draw Details. Any entries that are received after the closing date stated in the Prize Draw Details shall be automatically disqualified.
    4. We shall not accept:
      (a) responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
      (b) proof of transmission or proof of purchase of a Qualifying Product as proof of receipt of entry to a prize draw.
    5. We will not accept prize draw entries that are:
      (a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);
      (b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
      (c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
      (d) incomplete.
    6. The prize for a prize draw will be set out in the Prize Draw Details.
    7. Prizes are subject to availability and are not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prize. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
    8. One winner will be chosen by an automated computer generated random selection process five working days after the closing date. (Announcement Date).
    9. The winner will be contacted by telephone and e-mail within one week of the winner being chosen and will make all reasonable efforts.
    10. A confirmation e-mail will be sent by us to all entrants of the prize draw informing them that the winner has been notified to contact the winner. We will either publish or make available information that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation we will make available on request the surname, business name and country of prize winners to anyone who contacts us within one month after the closing date of the prize draw. If you object to any or all of your details being made available, please contact us by email. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request
    11. We may use the winner’s details to publicise InstallerCLUB and Stuart Turner generally. If we intend to do this, we will contact you separately to seek your consent.
    12. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted for any reason within 10 working days of the Announcement Date, we reserve the right to randomly select an alternative winner.
    13. In order for the winner to claim the prize, you must follow the details of how to claim provided in the Prize Draw Details. We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up your prize.
    14. Members entering into a prize draw take responsibility for any tax implications arising from any prize won.
  6. Ending your Membership
    1. You may cancel your Membership at any time by contacting us using the details set out in these Terms. Your Membership shall be cancelled within 30 days of you contacting us.
    2. We may end your Membership immediately where:
      (a) we reasonably believe you have provided false or misleading information within your application form in order to become a Member;
      (b) we discover you are listed as an excluded party/individual as set out in paragraph 3.3;
      (c) you do anything which, in our reasonable opinion, shall have an adverse effect on the image and reputation of Stuart Turner or its group companies;
      (d) you suspend or cease carrying on all or a substantial part of your business;
      (e) you become insolvent;
      (f) you behave in an unacceptable and abusive manner to us or our employees.
    3. If your Membership ends for any reason, you will not be able to earn or redeem any points and any points you have already accrued up to the date your Membership ends and any points shall be cancelled and removed from your Member account.
  7. Our liability to you
    1. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for:
      (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
      (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
      (c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
    2. We shall not be liable to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for arising under or in connection with any contract between us: (i) loss of profit; (ii) loss of sales or business; (iii) loss of agreements or contracts; (iv) loss of anticipated savings; (v) loss of or damage to goodwill; or (vi) any indirect or consequential loss.
    3. Subject to paragraph 7.1, our total liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with these Terms will in no circumstances exceed £50.00.
    4. Subject to paragraph 7.1, we shall in no circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Reward.

  9. How we may use your personal information
    1. We will use any personal information you provide to us to:
      (a) register you as a Member to InstallerCLUB;
      (b) maintaining and managing your Membership including sending you details of new Rewards that you may be eligible for etc; and
      (c) inform you about similar products that we provide which we consider may be of interest to you.
    2. We will process your personal information in accordance with our InstallerCLUB privacy policy found here privacy policy, the terms of which are incorporated into these Terms.
  10. General terms
    1. Reservation of rights. We reserve the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend a Reward where it becomes necessary to do so i.e. where we reasonably consider that you are in breach of these Terms or where a Reward Partner can no longer provide a Reward.
    2. No partnership. Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between you, us or any third party providing the Rewards.
    3. Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity.
    4. Variation. We reserve the right to vary these Terms at any time.
    5. Force Majeure. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control.
    6. Severance. Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
    7. Waiver. If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you or that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive any rights, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any right related to any later default by you.
    8. Third party rights. No other person has any rights to enforce these Terms except for you and us.
    9. Laws that apply to these Terms. These Terms are governed by English Law. If Members wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
