The Installer Club site is currently temporarily closed while we complete the final improvements to our new platform.
We know many of you were excited about the launch of the new site — and we were too. However, we are taking a little extra time to ensure everything is working exactly as it should before relaunching the new experience.

Preparing for the new site
To make registering your products as quick and easy as possible when the new platform launches, please ensure you have the following details ready:
  • Product serial number
  • Installation address
  • Proof of purchase (receipt from installer or purchase)
 
What happens next
Once the new Installer Club site launches, existing users will be asked to reset their password in order to access their account.
Further updates will be provided as the new platform prepares to go live.
